- Normal fever: Mix three to five drops in coffee or milk and drink.

- Spasmodic asthma (காசநோய்வகை): Kandankathiri (Solanum Xanthocarpum), Thuthuvalai தூதுவளை (Solanum trilobatum) and Tulsi துளசி (Ocimum tenuiflorum) add these and make a decoction of ghee and honey, mix with three drops of CUT OFF and apply for one work till it heals (honey and ghee should not be added in equal quantity but a little or extra should be added any one of these ingredients.
- Swelling: Cotton with few drops of CUT OFF and touch it to the painful part and gentle message on the swelling it gives relief.
- Cramps: Cramps in the waist, hand and foot swelling, add CUT OFF three drops in dry ginger decotion, gently massage on the painful part for three days, roast the sand and give it as a massage.
- Purulent discharge from the ear : mix coconut oil one ounce, with seven drops of CUT OFF, leave three drops in the ear and stuff it with a cotton plug, or leave three drops in milk and take it for three days.
- Indigestion: Mix two drops of CUT OFF in cold water and consume.
- Sore Throat: Apply lightly on the throat area and gargle with two drops in hot water.
- Swelling and blood clot: Apply the CUT OFF liberally on the affected area like swelling and blood clot and do not rub. Apply in the morning and wash with hot water in the evening.
- Body aches / Muscle aches: Leave a few drops with coconut oil and massage gently on the painful area.
