- Delivery address
- Once the order has been processed the delivery addresses cannot be changed.
- If there is no one available at the premises to sign and collect the package or you have missed the delivery, kindly please contact GLS to reschedule the delivery on the other hand you may also contact us for further guidance.
- All deliveries are trackable and requires signature.
2. Delivery Times

- We will try our level best to process and deliver your order as soon as possible, but due to stock limitation occasionally the deliveries may result in slight delay in shipping.
- When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and can expect in 7 days
3. Deliveries & Stock
- While we are working our level best to deliver all purchased items on your order, occasionally an item can be temporarily unavailable due to our stock limitation, we will notify you by email or phone call if this occur. You may choose to have one of the the options below.
- Option1: You may choose to cancel your order. If you cancel your order, we will refund any sums you have paid us.
- option 2: we could offer, or you could also request for a different product subject to availability, price and stock. We could only offer to exchange 1 product for 1 provided the price of the product is equalling or less than the product purchased. We will not be able to exchange it for a higher price product and we will not be able to refund the difference.
