Support was nearly impossible to reach, and when they did reply, the responses were unhelpful.
Another said they reached out about a damaged item and never got a reply, even after sending multiple emails.
Do your research and don’t rely on paid influencer videos or staged unboxing posts.
Just be careful. This is one of those sites that looks polished at first, but the cracks show fast.
